1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using AutoBricks AI ("the Platform"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Platform.
2. The service
AutoBricks AI provides access to AI chat models, an image/video generation canvas (Creator Hub), workflow automation tools, and developer APIs. Features are accessed through a credit-based system.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when signing up.
- You're responsible for keeping your password and API keys secure.
- One person per account. Don't share credentials.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Credits and payments
- Credits are purchased via Stripe. All prices are in USD.
- Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits do not expire.
- Free-tier credits are granted once at signup and are non-transferable.
- We may adjust credit pricing with 30 days' notice.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for illegal activity
- Generate content that violates the policies of the underlying AI providers
- Attempt to bypass credit limits or rate limits
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API beyond its intended use
- Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity
6. Content and ownership
- Your content — you own the inputs you provide (prompts, documents, uploads). We don't claim ownership.
- AI outputs — generated text, images, and video are provided as-is. Ownership of AI-generated content is subject to the policies of the model provider used.
- Our platform — the Platform code, design, and brand are our intellectual property.
7. Availability
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uptime. The Platform depends on third-party infrastructure and AI providers whose outages may affect service. We're not liable for downtime or data loss beyond reasonable effort to prevent it.
8. Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms with or without notice.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
